Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Plan

SPW has partnered with U.S. Homeland Security, the Department of Energy, Southeast Region Research Initiative (SERRI) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), colleges and universities throughout Tennessee and Mississippi, and MS Gulf Coast communities to conduct research into disaster preparedness for small disadvantaged businesses. These projects culminated in emergency response strategies and development of bi-lingual disaster preparedness planning tools for non-profits, faith-based, and Spanish-speaking communities.
