The following revision guidelines allow us to offer these services at a reasonable rate:
1. Changes must be submitted in a Microsoft Word document and are limited to text and image changes. The Microsoft Word document must include all of the information needed to complete the requested changes.
2. Images may be submitted separately, as long as their titles/captions/descriptions are clearly labeled in the Microsoft Word document with directions for page location.
3. Changes to buttons and categories should be provided in bullet points showing new order and titles.Buttons that use FLASH or rollover graphics will incur additional charges.
4. Replacing, deleting and moving images are included in this service agreement at no additional charge. Image changing does not include any custom modification to images. Image customization is billable at $165.00 per hour.
5. Changes to web structure, design, navigation or functionality are not included in this agreement.
6. Rebates are not provided for unused monthly changes.
Any deviation from these guidelines is deemed to be a Custom Revision Request and will be billed at $125.00 per hour minimum. You will be notified of this status change before work begins.
Revision Service for Clients without a
Website Maintenance Agreement
For our clients who elect not to enter into a Website Maintenance Agreement, we offer the following per revision process:
1. The client provides revision components (text, pictures, graphics) along with instructions for placement on affected pages.
2. Our Web Design Team will evaluate your documents and formulate a quote and timeline to complete the work based on the documents and instructions you have submitted.
3. Upon receipt of an email authorizing work to begin, the revision will be completed per the timeline and for the dollar amount specified in the quote.
