Preventing Workplace Harassments

Creating an environment free from harassment of all kinds is a major concern in business today. While sexual harassment has commanded much of the media's attention, harassment takes many forms, including those of race, age and disability. However, remedies and prevention are not widely discussed.

Our Preventing Workplace Harassment workshop provides EEOC guidelines and Supreme Court standards governing the existence, prevention, responsibilities and remedies allowed under law. This workshop helps managers ensure an environment free from harassment and become aware of the personal liabilities that may result.
