This is a one-day interactive environment where managers and supervisors practice developing oral, written and presentation skills. Managers leave the workshop with structured communication tools for providing employee feedback, conducting the performance appraisal, writing coaching/counseling reminders and making business presentations. A discussion of Internet etiquette guidelines rounds out the appropriate communication techniques.
